How Old Is Everyone In The Riverside Crew?

In River of Sorrows, everyone is a high school junior. Leon skipped a grade so he's a year younger than everyone else. 

Book 2 happens a year later during the summer. It ends at the beginning of their senior year. Book 3 happens during their entire senior year and possibly a future time skip.
